FREE DOMESTIC SHIPPING
Enjoy free standard shipping on all US orders over $75. Orders under $75 will be charged a standard shipping rate calculated at checkout.

EXPEDITED SHIPPING
2-day and next day shipping options are available at checkout. Additional shipping costs apply for expedited services.

ORDER PROCESSING
Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday, 9am–6pm ET. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will ship the next business day.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
Lost or stolen packages are not the responsibility of Playground. Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order and monitor your package using the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We ship internationally! Available shipping options and rates will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your location. Please note that import fees, duties, and VAT are not included in our prices and are the responsibility of the customer.

OUT OF STOCK ITEMS
Our inventory moves quickly! If an item sells out before your order is fulfilled, your order will ship without that item and you will be refunded for it.
